Gut health is one of the most common areas I support clients with — and for good reason.
Ongoing bloating, discomfort, irregular digestion or food sensitivities are often signs that something deeper needs attention.
As a naturopath, I don’t just look at the symptoms, I work to understand what’s driving them. This may also include functional testing to gain deeper insight into your gut microbiome and digestive health, where appropriate.
