Six years ago I would have rather died before admitting any of this.

Now it's the whole podcast.

Which one hit? Tell me below, or better yet, tell me the one you're not ready to say out loud yet.

NGL but things have been rough lately. Loosing our grandma, being unwell with Covid for two weeks and now my smallest is unwell my usual routine of taking my meds as I sit down to my desk in the mornings has turned into a fantasy instead of reality. And my whole body knows it.

Anyway. This is your reminder just as much as it is mine. Take ya damn meds. On the regular. As ya meant too. Cause yeah. Quality of life.

I saw this quote last night on Pinterest and I felt like it really related.

I wish I could tell you, it gets better
But it doesn’t

You get better

So a little throw back to one of my admissions into the mental health hospital…. I couldn’t believe I was back there. But I’m so glad I was.

If you’re in the depths… keep doing the basics to look after you x

I asked ChatGPT to describe me in 15 completely different ways. Somehow, it told me the same thing every time.

As a colour.
A movie.
A supernatural creature.
A feeling.
A food.
A song.
An element.
A season.
A scent.
A biome.
An object.
Weather.
A flower.
A mineral.
A country.

And somehow, it told me the same thing every single time.

Petrol blue.
Erin Brockovich.
A phoenix.
Anticipation.
Salted dark chocolate with chilli.
Dog Days Are Over.
The ocean.
Spring.
Petrichor.
Coastal heathland.
A Swiss Army knife.
A thunderstorm.
A banksia.
Labradorite.
Scotland.

Different metaphors.

Same woman.

Deep. Intense. Adaptable. Wild. Capable. Defiant. Soft underneath the armour.

Someone who sees what could be, who creates movement wherever she goes, and who has spent a lot of her life being extraordinarily useful to other people.

But there was another theme I wasn’t expecting.

Almost every answer came back to the same lesson:

Just because I can carry something doesn’t mean it’s mine to carry.

And f**k.

Apparently I asked ChatGPT for a cute little personality exercise and got called out by 15 different metaphors instead. 😂

Hey Corrina, what have you been doing this last month?

A little bit of this, a little bit of that.

But so much. Travelled over nearly 10,000km - 2x return trips to perth. Then to Broome and back and everywhere in between.

The most profound piece of content that I’ve said in a while.

Sometimes you’ve got to make decisions to step away from roles that even if they mean the world to you, it doesn’t mean that they’re meant for you.

And yep. I know. You told me so.

Healing isn’t weakness. Using the support you need is strength.

08/06/2026

We spend so much time teaching people to be strong that we forget to teach them how to be human.

03/06/2026

Not every thought is a fact. Sometimes it’s just a feeling asking to be heard.

02/06/2026

Acceptance is a daily practice, not a destination.
