I help emotionally intelligent women in midlife reconnect with their truth, release the noise, and live with calm confidence, clarity & self-trust—through soul-aligned coaching and deep embodied wisdom. Through my 1:1 & group programs, I teach women who are tired of living under the weight of expectation, are ready to rise up and break the chains of oppression, reclaim their divine right to not ju

st exist but to thrive in a world where a woman’s place is wherever the f@ , she wants it to be. The support I offer helps women to:
• Realise their own worth as a person and give themselves permission to prioritise their personal needs.
• Create and implement healthy boundaries so they can prioritise what is important to them.
• Recover their sense of self and live a life in which they are the author.
* UNLEASH their true, authentic and unlimited potential to be, do & have the life they are meant to have.

YOU WERE NEVER MEANT TO STAY STUCK HERE

Maybe you’ve done the work.
Read the books.
Filled journals.
Practiced gratitude until your pen bled gold.

You’ve had insights.
Breakthroughs, even.
But still…
You wake up flat.
Catch yourself bracing for the day.
Repeating patterns you swore you’d healed.

And here’s the part you don’t admit — not even to your closest friend:
You’re starting to wonder if this is just… it.
If this muted version of life is all that’s left.

Let me be clear: It’s not.

This isn’t who you are — it’s just who you’ve become trying to survive a system that was never designed for women like you.

You weren’t meant to emotionally white-knuckle your way through life.
You weren’t built to carry everyone else’s needs while abandoning your own.
You’re not broken — you’re buried.
Under the roles.
The guilt.
The decades of being everything to everyone.

The truth is, most high-achieving, heart-led women have already outgrown the tools they’re using.

Mindset work? Helpful — but incomplete.
Nervous system regulation? Necessary — but not enough.
What you need is a total recalibration — one that honours your cyclical nature, clears your emotional backlog, and reconnects you with your internal authority.

That’s the medicine I offer.

Not quick fixes.
Not more mindset mantras.
But the deep, cellular-level transformation that brings you home to the woman you were before the world got loud.

This work isn’t about feeling a bit better.
It’s about becoming the version of you who leads with peace, lives with presence, and moves through life fully expressed.

And if you’ve tried everything else and you’re still here — stuck, tired, and silently screaming for more?

That’s not a sign of failure.
It’s a sign that you’re finally ready for the real work.

So if you’re done looping,
Done playing small,
Done waiting for your own life to begin…

Let’s talk.

This isn’t a pitch. It’s a sacred pause.
A 15-minute conversation to get real about where you’re at — and what kind of support would actually shift things for you.

I want to talk to you about something that doesn’t get said enough — especially around this time of year.

Not everyone feels festive.
Not everyone wakes up with joy in their belly.
Not everyone’s heart swells with nostalgia and sugar spice.

Sometimes… the holidays feel quiet.

And not in a peaceful, candle lit way —
but in a hollow, “Why does this feel so heavy?” kind of way.

Maybe your kids aren’t coming home this year.
Maybe they are home, but wrapped up in their own plans, friends, lives…

And you’re left sitting at the dinner table with memories instead of connection.

Maybe your calendar is full — and your spirit is empty.
Maybe you’re grateful — and still ache.
Maybe you should be content… but you’re not.

If that’s you —

Let me say this gently:
> You're not alone.
>You're not weird.
> You're not ungrateful.
> You're human.

There’s a special kind of quiet that comes when your caregiving years end…
and your identity hasn’t quite shifted yet.

You look around at a good life —
but you don’t feel like you.

That’s real.
That’s valid.

And I see you.

So this year, I don’t just want to wish you a merry Christmas.

I want to support you through it.

I created The Midlife Remix™ not as a holiday distraction —
but as a soulful companion for women like you:
> Who wake up with their heart slightly unsettled
> Who love deeply but feel a touch invisible
> Whose joy got quietly misplaced somewhere between making dinner and folding laundry
> Who want more than just “fine”

The Remix is:
✔️ A gentle way to reconnect with yourself
✔️ A soft reset your nervous system will love
✔️ A practice, not a perfection plan
✔️ A reminder that you matter too

So if your festive season, feels less than festive ...
maybe even a bit heavy, ambiguous, or unfinished,
this guide can help you start feeling like you again — from the inside out.

When was the last time you had fun… just for you?

Not scheduled fun.
Not family fun.
Not “I’ll relax after the laundry’s done” fun.

I mean real, delicious, light-you-up-from-the-inside FUN.
If you can’t remember — you’re not alone.

You’ve been the doer.
The organiser.
The emotional manager.
And somewhere between school runs and supermarket trips, your joy got left behind.

The Midlife Remix™ is your nudge to pick it back up.

✔️ Who it’s for: The woman who’s been holding it all together — and forgot how to just be.
✔️ What it solves: That stuck, “I don’t even know what I like anymore” feeling.
✔️ The result: More sparkle. More soul. More of you, feeling damn good again.

It’s a cheeky little checklist to help you stop functioning through your life — and start feeling it again.

And yep — it’s totally free.

The Midlife Remix™ is here.

Let’s get you back to you.

After my kids left, I didn’t recognise myself.

The noise had stopped, but so had the joy.

I felt flat.
Invisible.
A little lost.

So I started with small, soulful shifts — and slowly, I came home to myself.

That’s how The Midlife Remix™ was born.

This isn’t fluff.
It’s the guide I wish I had.

It’s ready for you now: subscribepage.io/8Hae2s

The hardest part of this season?
Is not the busyness.

It’s the quiet.
The silence after years of noise.
The space that used to be filled with needs and to-do lists…

now just feels empty.

And suddenly, you’re left wondering —
“What do I do with all this time?”

You have space.
You just don’t have the desire.

You feel flat.
Untethered.
Maybe even invisible.

That’s exactly why I created The Midlife Remix™.

A soulful, doable guide to help you gently come back to you.

To refill your cup.
To find joy in the small moments.
To remember how good it feels to feel alive again.

She’s here.
And she’s ready when you are.

Your calendar is full. But is your cup?
(Spoiler: They’re not the same.)

FACT: You’ve spent years meeting everyone else’s needs — and forgot how to ask what you need.

Remember when dinner was sorted, washing folded, emails answered… and you still couldn’t sit down without wondering,
“What did I miss?”

That hyper-vigilance doesn’t magically turn off when the kids leave.

The Midlife Remix™ helps you retrain your focus — back to you.

FACT: You feel guilty resting, even when you’re exhausted.
You finally get a quiet moment and think,
“I should be doing something.”

That’s not rest — that’s burnout in disguise.

The Remix reminds you that choosing rest is revolutionary.

TIP: Start with micro-moments.
Light a candle before bed.
Breathe deeply for one minute.
Say no to the thing that drains you.

One of my clients started by playing her favourite ‘80s song every morning while making a cuppa.

One tiny remix — and she started smiling before 9am.

That’s what we’re doing here.

Bringing you back, moment by moment.

Want to see what this could look like in your life?

The Midlife Remix™ is free, soulful, and printable — she drops tommorrow.

This isn’t just another checklist — it’s a permission slip to come home to you.

To feel alive,
lit up,
and completely connected to who you are now (not just who you’ve been for everyone else).

Take Kellie, one of my beautiful clients.
When we first connected, she said,

“I don’t know who I am without the kids needing me.
I feel invisible.
Empty.
Like life is happening around me, not to me.”

We worked together using the same small, powerful steps you’ll find in the Midlife Remix™.

A few weeks later?

She messaged me:

“I’m dancing in the kitchen again.
I’ve booked a weekend away for myself.
And I wake up actually excited about my day.
I feel like I’ve remembered how to be me again.”

That’s the vibe.

And it’s nearly here... 💃

The Midlife Remix™ drops Saturday.

Your comeback starts with one small yes.

Something very juicy is coming…

Think: more spark,
more fun,

You’ve given your all to everyone else.
Now it's your turn.

You’ve been the glue.
The heartbeat.
The background magician that made it all happen.

Mother.
Partner.
Organiser.
Emotional anchor.

And in the process?

You misplaced your own joy somewhere between the school drop-offs and dinner prep.

But here’s the thing:
It’s not too late.
The kids are grown,
the house is quieter — and you finally have space again.

Not just in your calendar… but in your spirit.

The Midlife Remix™ is your invitation to fill that space with what you want.

More fun.
More freedom.
More feeling like you again.

It’s not selfish.
It’s sacred.
And it starts with one beautiful “yes.”

If this post feels like a "yes" give it a LIKE
and if you're ready for a life that fills your cup too

— because you deserve to be at the centre of your own story now, stay close, something is coming that you are going to love.

Midlife isn’t the end.

It’s the remix.

You’ve done the decades of giving, juggling, organising, holding it all together.

You’ve survived the chaos, the clutter, and the constant what’s next?

Now it’s your turn.

To stop running on empty.
To stop waiting for a moment that’s “convenient.”
To start feeling alive again — on your own terms.

The Midlife Remix™ is your way out of the loop that left you last.

More play.
More presence.
More YOU.

Because life’s too short to just tick boxes and collapse into bed wondering where you went.

It’s soulful.
It’s simple.
It’s nearly here.

Follow along for the official drop and get ready to reclaim your spark.

06/12/2025

My friend asked me a question last week that I still can’t answer.

We were sitting at my kitchen table, half-drunk cups of tea between us.
I’d been venting about work feeling heavy, the kids barely calling these days, and this gnawing sense that I should be “further along” by now.

The safe stuff.
The stuff that sounds true but isn’t the truth.

She was listening, nodding gently, until she suddenly tilted her head and said:

“Hey… can I ask you something?”

I smiled, thinking she was about to tease me for my terrible attempt at meditation or the fact I’d eaten cereal for dinner again.

“Sure,” I said.

She took a breath.
“When was the last time you felt like yourself?”

I opened my mouth.

And… nothing.

Not “I went for a walk last week.”
Not “when the kids were little.”
Not “on that holiday five years ago.”
Myself.

A version of me that wasn’t exhausted or stretched thin or trying to hold everything together, so nobody saw the hairline cracks.

I couldn’t remember.

“I don’t know,” I whispered.

She nodded, like she’d already guessed.

I thought about that question for days.

At 3:12 AM when my mind was rehearsing conversations that never happened and catastrophes that probably never will.
In the car, after snapping at a driver who wasn’t even doing anything wrong.
In Woolies staring at yoghurt, suddenly realising I had no idea what I even liked anymore.

I’d been so many things to so many people for so many years.
But me?

She felt like a ghost I kept trying to catch in the corner of my eye.

I’d survived so much.
I’d held entire households together.
I’d swallowed my feelings, softened my edges, said “I’m fine” even when my insides were screaming.

And somehow, despite all the reading, the therapy, the podcasts, the journaling, the trying…

I still felt like a stranger in my own life.

Later that week, my friend texted me:
“Can I share something with you? Something that helped me?”

I almost didn’t open it.

I was tired of trying things that gave me hope for 3 days and then made me feel like a failure again.

But she’s one of those friends who doesn’t send fluff or fixes.

So, I opened it.

“It’s a coach,” she wrote.

“A women’s midlife coach. I’ve been working with her for a few months. And if I’m honest… she’s the reason I can breathe again. She doesn’t do that fluffy self-care stuff. She helps you figure out why you keep abandoning yourself and how to stop.”

I stared at the message.

Another coach?

Another thing I’d start with good intentions and fall apart on?

“What makes her different?” I typed.

A few bubbles appeared.

“She helps you get underneath everything. Like the patterns you don’t even know you’re living in. The people-pleasing. The resentment. The exhaustion you pretend isn’t exhaustion. She helps you clean it up at the root — not band-aid it.”

Root.
That word hit me right in the chest.

Because I knew my problem wasn’t motivation, discipline, or mindset hacks.

It was the quiet, unspoken truth:
I’d been running on survival mode for so long I didn’t know how to not be in survival mode.

“She helped me find me again,” my friend wrote. “And honestly… I think she’s who you’ve been looking for.”

Something in me cracked open.

Not in a dramatic, cinematic way.

More like a soft exhale I didn’t know I’d been holding for years.

So, I clicked on the link.

There was a photo of a woman — warm eyes, grounded presence, the kind of person you instinctively feel safe exhaling around.

Her words felt like someone finally speaking to me, not at me.

She was describing me.

Burnt out, stretched thin, holding everything but myself.

I booked a call.

I almost cancelled it.

I told myself I was being ridiculous.
That I should sort myself out on my own.
That other women coped, so why couldn’t I?

But something in me — the tiny whisper of the woman I used to be — said:

“Just try. You’ve carried enough alone.”

So, I didn’t cancel.

And in that one conversation, this coach — this stranger — reflected back a version of me I hadn’t seen in decades:

A woman who was tired, yes.
But also wise.
And brave.
And ready.

She said, “You’re not broken. You’re just operating from patterns that were never yours to carry. We can clean that up. You’re closer to yourself than you think.”

I cried. Not the ugly sobbing kind.

The quiet kind where tears fall before you realise you’re crying.

And I swear that moment alone was worth everything.

That was eight years ago.

I’m not “fixed.”
I’m not perfect.
But I’m no longer disappearing inside my own life.

I speak up now.
I rest without guilt (most days).
I make decisions from clarity, not fear.
My relationships feel healthier because I feel healthier.

And I’m finally — finally — becoming someone I recognise.

And someone my kids can look at and say, “Mum… you’re happy.”

So if you’re reading this and something inside you whispered, “This is me”…

I want you to know the truth:

You don’t need to keep holding it all together.
You don’t need to wait until you break.
You don’t need to figure it out alone in the dark at 3 AM.

There’s a way back to yourself.

And you don’t have to walk it by yourself.

The work that saved me became the work I now do.

After finding the coach who helped me come home to myself, I trained, studied, learned everything I could…

and became a coach for midlife women just like me.

Women who lost themselves while holding everyone else.
Women who survived so much but still feel stuck.
Women who want to feel grounded, confident, clear — not just functional.

Now, I’m the coach I desperately needed back then.

The one who helps you unpack the patterns,
untangle the survival wiring,
and rediscover the woman underneath the roles, responsibilities, and years of self-sacrifice.

If the kids are grown and you suddenly have space but no roadmap…
If you’re tired of being tired…
If you want to feel like you again…

And something inside you is curious, hopeful, or quietly saying “maybe this is the moment”…

Reach out.
Start a conversation with me.
No pressure. No performance.
Just truth, support, and a path back to yourself.

I became a coach to guide women through the very journey I walked.

And if you’re ready, I’d be honoured to walk beside you too.
