Referrals are essential before booking an appointment.
Once you have seen your GP and received a referral either:
1) 🚶‍♂️Visit the reception desk at Banksia Medical and hand in your referral..
2) ☎️Phone Banksia at 08 9071 1511 who's team will be able to create an appointment for you.
3) 📧Email your referral to [email protected]. You will then be contacted to arrange a suitable appointment time
