This October, we’re celebrating our amazing Occupational Therapists and the meaningful difference they make every day.

With over 7 years of OT experience across Taiwan and Australia, Ming has a strong background in rehabilitation, neurological and orthopaedic care, cognitive rehabilitation, and community-based practice.

She is passionate about helping clients maintain their independence, build confidence and achieve the goals that matter most to them. 💜

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Hokkien, Ming enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of work, she loves crocheting, exploring Melbourne’s food scene, Pokémon, Netflix and spending time with her cat! 🐱✨

We recently received beautiful feedback from a client’s daughter about her father’s Physiotherapist, Alexandria. 🥰

✨ A wonderful milestone worth celebrating! ✨

With the support of our Physiotherapist Chylah Rogers, one of our clients has reached her goal of walking for 30+ minutes with much less knee pain! 👏💙

She can now enjoy longer walks with her friends and is building her confidence to get back to the activities she loves, including gardening. 🌿🚶‍♀️

We’re excited to introduce Alex, one of our wonderful Physiotherapists at Optimum Healthcare Australia!

Alex is passionate about helping people improve their mobility, strength, balance and confidence, with a special interest in neurological physiotherapy, healthy ageing and falls prevention.

She brings creativity, enthusiasm and a little fun to every session, making therapy meaningful and tailored to each person’s goals. 😊

Outside of work, Alex loves travelling, group fitness, walking, dog sitting and enjoying Melbourne’s live music scene. 🌏🐶🎶
