**What is osteopathy? Osteopathy is a form of manual healthcare which recognises the important link between the structure of the body and the way it functions. Osteopaths focus on how the skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves, circulation, connective tissue and internal organs function as a unit. Osteopaths are university trained in anatomy, physiology, pathology, general medical diagnosis and osteopa

thic techniques. Osteopaths are primary healthcare practitioners and are trained to recognise conditions which require medical referral.

**What to expect during my consultation? During the first and subsequent consultation, you may be asked questions regarding your presenting complaint and some general medical questions in order to treat you safely. We will then assess the mobility of problem areas and make a diagnosis to work out the best treatment plan for you.

**How much does the consultation cost? Initial consultation (approx 45mins) $70 (concession $65)
Return consultation (approx 30-35mins) $65 (conc $60)

👏💕A big milestone for me this weekend…

I’m incredibly proud to have completed Pelvic Health – Level 1. Out of all of my studies, this one takes the cake!

Three days immersed in learning, clinical discussions, and expanding my understanding of pelvic health, guided by an amazing group of educators/clinicians who shared such a wealth of knowledge and experience. .institute

I also had the privilege of learning alongside some truly inspiring osteopaths, all passionate about improving care for our patients and communities.

You can probably see that I’m a little tired…but completely inspired. 🤍

Continued learning has always been a big part of my journey as an osteopath, and this is just the beginning. I’m really looking forward to continuing my pelvic health studies and bringing this knowledge back into the clinic to better support my patients.

Always learning. Always growing.

This week we say goodbye to two very special members of the Move Wise Osteopathy team.
Elie will be finishing up today, and Meg’s final day will be Tuesday the 16th of December 2025

Elie & Meg, thank you for the care, compassion and professionalism you’ve brought to our patients and our clinic. You’ve each made such a meaningful impact, and we’re truly grateful for the time you’ve shared with us.

As we transition through these changes, Dr Rob and Dr Sonia will be assisting all patients to ensure you feel completely supported, comfortable and taken care of. Our priority is continuity of care, and we are here for you every step of the way.
