I love this, it is so true. Being spiritual shouldn't be seen as something your "in to" . We are all spirit/ soul, feel energy and work with it every day, we call it instinct, gut feelings, arr har moments, serendipity, getting a vibe, dreams etc. Learning to understand that "spirit " side of yourself should be seen as trying to understand your authentic self, the truth of how you are. You find yourself strengthening your intuition, life feels like it just flows easier and your have a sense of knowing all is as it should be, you feel present. The emotional baggage and triggers we hold in our field needs to be removed and balance restored. Remove the triggers and you don't slide down the pit.
