Radical self love means loving all parts of yourself, even your shadow, your ego, the parts of the body you feel most humiliated by. Loving your self means making friends with all your aspects and holding safe space for them to act out all thier trauma and messy emotions. Asking the question "How much trust have I built with my self from honoring my boundaries lately and how well have I respected others as I do so?" And when I know I could have done better ...love myself anyway!

The Radical Self Love workshop at Dragon Dreaming this year was a beautiful success!
Thank you to the amazing space holders of the healing workshop space and everyone who placed crystals and artifacts from thier persinal collection into the TP.
