Today is a reminder that sometimes the simplest activities can offer meaningful benefits for both physical and psychological wellbeing.

Whether it is a ride through the neighbourhood, a commute to work, or an opportunity to explore nature, cycling can support movement, connection, enjoyment and time outdoors. For many people, it also provides a valuable opportunity to clear the mind, reduce stress and reconnect with the present moment.

This World Bicycle Day, perhaps consider where two wheels might take you - whether that's a new adventure, a familiar trail or simply a few moments of fresh air and movement.
