✨ Internal Pelvic Release Sessions now available at TLC Birth & Beyond ✨

Your pelvis holds so much more than we often realise.

Tension from pregnancy, previous births, surgery, injuries, posture patterns, emotional experiences, or simply everyday life can be stored within the soft tissues of the pelvic space. Internal Pelvic Release work offers a gentle, mindful approach to helping those tissues soften, release, and create more comfort and spaciousness. It can also be beautiful preparation for birth, supporting optimal positioning for baby and creating a softer environment for labour. 🌿

Em is currently in her fourth year studying chiropractic and is deeply passionate about natural health, birth, and supporting the journey of parenthood and motherhood. She has a strong belief in the body’s innate intelligence and its incredible ability to heal and thrive when supported.
