This work is one of the core procedures I continue to use in clinic every week to support clients with pain, stress, vitality, emotional wellbeing and restoring balance within the body.

This work offers a practical and deeply effective way of working with the chakra system through specialised acupuncture point balancing and Applied Physiology procedures. It’s gentle, but powerful, precise & nourishing, and something you can integrate immediately into your personal or professional practice.

If you’re already working within the wellness space — kinesiology, Acu, bodywork, energy work, natural therapies or holistic health — this class will give you practical skills that can create significant impact for the people you support.

When Children Are Overwhelmed, It Doesn’t Always Look How You Expect

I often see children in clinic who are struggling with big emotions, sleep challenges, or changes in behaviour.

From the outside, it can look like defiance, frustration, or “acting out”—but underneath, it’s often a nervous system that’s overwhelmed and needing support.

When a child’s system is overloaded, they don’t yet have the capacity to regulate or communicate what’s going on internally.

Kinesiology works gently to identify underlying stress patterns and support the nervous system to settle and rebalance.

In sessions, I may use a combination of techniques tailored to each child, including acupressure, flower essences, tuning forks, physical centering, and postural support—always in a calm, safe and supportive way.

While I always respect the privacy of the families I work with, some of the feedback I often hear from parents includes:
• “I’m amazed the meltdowns have settled so much”
• “His grandparents noticed he seems so much lighter”
• “Things that used to trigger a huge reaction are now no problem”
• “I’m astonished at the difference after just one session”

Around half of my clinic is dedicated to working with children, and many parents are surprised by the shifts that can happen in just a few sessions—not only for their child, but for the overall dynamic at home.

This past season has been exceptionally heavy in its own way—one of deep personal growth, rebuilding, and expanding capacity in ways I honestly didn’t know were possible.

It has asked me to slow down, reassess, and meet life very differently.

Throughout it all, Kinesiology has been my grounding force. It has supported me to stay regulated, rebuild my energy from the inside out, and expand my ability to hold more—both personally and professionally.

This is why I trust this work so deeply.

It doesn’t just support change on the surface—it works with the nervous system, helping us return to balance when life feels overwhelming or out of alignment.

And through this experience, it’s deepened my drive and passion to support other women and children with this work in a much more meaningful way.

If you’re moving through your own season of stress, overwhelm, or change, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
