Happy new year and thanks for your patience. The last six months have been demanding. Hopefully you’ve found the thing to fill your cup. Otherwise, I’m back in clinic. Taking regular appointments and also taking new patients again, at Remedy Chinese Medicine and The Neighbourhood.
Drop in, we can get through the rest of this together.

Sorry guys, 5 day lockdown. Appointments will need to be rescheduled, but we can chat on Telehealth if you want herbs. In the meantime, have a rest. We got this.

Again, I'm back at work, full hours to all clients. All the restrictions have been lifted from Allied Health, which means it's time to cautiously start to reconnect with the outer world.
Make sure you're strong, all your bits are working, and as motivated as possible to make the most of this year. If you need any help, drop in for an appointment.
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at The Neighbourhood Clinic, Fitzroy North.

Without the withdrawal affects and problems with addiction. It provides so many more additional benefits for pain (reduction in local inflammation, increased range of motion, better sleep to name a few).

The Food and Drug Administration released proposed changes Wednesday to its blueprint on educating health care providers about treating pain.

Are you experiencing painful, tingly or numb fingers or toes following your chemotherapy? Struggling with writing, doing up buttons, or other fine motor skills?⠀

You may have CIPN: chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy. Ouch!⠀

Unfortunately, it is a very common side-effect of chemotherapy, and occurs from nerve damage that happens during the treatment. ⠀

While medications can be effective symptom relief, they can have a range of other unpleasant side effects. Acupuncture, on the other hand, is sees as a safe, effective alternative (or adjunct), and up to 82% of recipients have reported measurable improvements. ⠀
