🌟 CASUAL DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS WANTED – FLAGSTAFF HILL 🌟

We are a small, family-focused business looking for reliable, caring and committed Support Workers to join our team and provide long-term support to two young men in their 20s living with multiple disabilities.

The role includes supporting them at home, in the community and in their employment, including their proudly owned and operated vending machine business. We’re looking for people who genuinely want to make a positive difference and become part of their journey.

📅 Monday & Tuesday - Wednesday & Thursday
⏰ 4–8 hours per day
📈 Opportunity for additional hours over time
📍 Flagstaff Hill
👥 You will be employed directly – not subcontracted

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a good understanding of complex disabilities
• Is comfortable providing personal care
• Can follow routines and instructions
• Has good communication and computer/phone skills
• Is reliable, patient and works well with families and a team
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) the required NDIS clearances and training
• Has a current First Aid/CPR certificate and full driver’s licence

Experience in disability support is preferred. Fitness/Personal Training experience is highly regarded.
