Firstly…… I’d like to say this is Brett here posting on OUR page on behalf of myself and Sam.
Just to set the record straight to all the overthinkers, keyboard warriors and those that jumped on the bandwagon.
As a lot of people would know we have been in talks with the “new management/owner for over six months now to buy the business from us due to health diagnosis which will not improve.
January 6th this year we received an email from our landlord stating that we owed $$ and if it wasn’t paid by 5pm that day our locks would be changed.
I then spoke with “new management/owner” and asked if some $$ could be paid which obviously was coming off sale price, and my answer was not for three weeks. So locks were change 5pm that day and following days I was in hospital to treat my newly diagnosed illness. Only 7 days ago was talking with “new management/owner” and said to work out the $$ owed in deposits and vouchers, to also come off sale price as per any normal business would do, but have been ghosted since then. Just to see a post on OUR page the next day stating that “new management/owner wasn’t honoring them.
We have been told since from landlord that because we didn’t get our belongings out of studio within 14 days of locks changing we abandoned it all, but there was no need to as new owner was purchasing it all with business.
Landlord has now a new lease with all our equipment inside.
Those who actually know Sam and I know that we don’t operate like some people are assuming, in saying that it does look like a lot of $$ is not being honored like we haven’t been paid for anything either.
If you would like to send me a personal message with your proof of $$ paid and your contact number I will personally call everyone of you within the next week or so as I do have some hospital appointments ahead also.
