Having a cuppa after lunch in a new cream teacup that I'm in love with ☕💖

Today we're having a pot of our Native Peppermint Blend, a delicious blend, it's not a smack of peppermint to the face, it's more subtle and well rounded as it flows across your pallet.

This infusion brings together a variety of native Australian ingredients which are then paired with more traditional European herbs. These include wildcrafted peppermint gum (a eucalyptus variety) and round leaf mint.
They are carried forth with the more subtle hints of lavender, lemon myrtle and peppermint.

This evening I'm having a cup of our Jasmine Green Tea with Kiwi, it's gentle, refreshing, soothing. It's a delightfully floral fruity tisane is absolutely scrumptious.

The addition of dried Kiwi Fruit gives a lovely fruity, sweet yet slightly acidic flavour profile. Which, when added to the delicate Jasmine and slightly spiced Ginger gives a wonderful balanced flavour.

It's been quiet here this past week for multiple reasons...

I've ended up in the ED 4 times in the past 12 days all for the same thing that's been happening since February, but now with added episodes of loss of consciousness.
I had an emergency appointment with my new neurologist and he's ordered more tests.

And last week my husband and I had a death in our extended family. So we've been taking time to accept and feel the grief that comes with a loss of a loved one.

I'm enjoying a pot of our gorgeous Velvety Vanilla Chai this afternoon

Let the warm and inviting aroma of spices whisk you away to Sri Lanka.
Smooth and creamy vanilla chai using a base of Ceylon Orange Pekoe Black Tea, which has been infused with real vanilla bean and blended with exotic spices.

I personally enjoy it black, but it's delectable and delicious with the milk of your choice and some sugar or honey.

Indulging in a cup of our Outback Breakfast this afternoon.

It's a beautiful blend that can be enjoyed at any time of day.
It brings together the strong flavours of the Australian outback with the wild harvested native Australian Wattleseed and the Australian grown Daintree Black Tea.
These two iconic flavours are blended together with English Breakfast tea and subtle hints of Vanilla Bean and Cinnamon.

For those who have never had the pleasure of tasting wattleseed, it has a complex flavour profile that includes nutty, coffee-like, and chocolatey notes with an earthy and slightly bitter undertone.

Enjoying a cuppa before bed, tonight I'm having a pot of our Strawberry Bloom.

It's a beautiful floral fruity herbal blend that's a fantastic alternative to the more traditional chamomile and lavender base night time/relaxation blend.
With the subtle hints of strawberries and oranges, while the supporting herbal and floral tones help to calm your nervous system.

Enjoying the sun, the breeze, the smell of grass and wildflowers AND a cup of our Madame Grey with some milk and honey.

Enjoying some tea in my belated birthday present from my hubby, delayed shipping as the first one got lost 🤷🏻‍♀️
I freaking love this new teapot, definitely the favourite now, it's gorgeous.

I'm having a blend called Rooibos Berry Bash, which will come out when I reopen my online store and I'm back to making more than just custom blends.
It's a berry forward red rooibos herbal blend, a custom blend I made for a lovely customer and her hubby. But it's that good I want to add it to my collection.
It's fruity and naturally sweet, slightly nutty with hints of honey from the rooibos.
