My sleep has not been great lately, due to pain, and could definitely be improved upon.

This relaxing, calming brew will help me get to sleep, stay asleep and sleep deeper... as each ingredient is well known to aid sleep, insomnia, relaxation and anxiety.

So I'm resting and recuperating in bed with my fur baby, Miss Layla, and on oldy but a goody, Stargate SG1

I'm having a pot of our Winter Warmer, with honey and lemon, this afternoon.
This herbal infusion is a powerful blend of premium organic and wildcrafted ingredients formulated to help boost the immune system and may help fight the symptoms associated with the dreaded cold and flu.

I'm having a cup of our Jasmine Green Tea with Kiwi, this delightfully floral fruity tisane is absolutely scrumptious.

The addition of dried Kiwi Fruit gives a lovely fruity, sweet yet slightly acidic flavour profile. Which, when added to the delicate Jasmine and slightly spiced Ginger gives a wonderful balanced flavour.
