If your baby is congested and struggling to breathe while feeding overnight, try heading into the bathroom and turning the shower on hot to steam up the room.

You don’t need to hop in the shower, just sit on the toilet lid or a chair and feed your baby in the steamy bathroom for a few minutes. The steam can help loosen some of that mucus and make feeding a little easier.

It’s one of those simple mum hacks that can make a long night feel a bit more manageable!!

* If your baby is having difficulty breathing, feeding poorly, or you’re worried about them, seek medical advice

• CURATED FOR MUMS •

A little collection of things I’m loving lately. From easy meal ideas and outfit inspiration to book or pod recs and small moments of self-care.

Because sometimes the mental load isn’t just doing all the things…it’s having to decide what those things are in the first place.

Save this post for the next time you need a little inspiration xx

• Something to Wear
I wore these white pants while looking after 3 toddler boys all day and somehow they’re still clean?! I also love this little pop of colour. The cardigan is 100% wool

• Something Yum
Roasted tomato soup with a cheese toastie? Say less. This recipe from is was too easy and so delicious!

The waiting at the end of pregnancy can feel so strange!

Part excitement, part discomfort, part constantly wondering “is today the day?”

A few gentle ways to stay grounded, prepare for birth and fill the long days while waiting for your baby to arrive 🤍

MAMAS IN FOREST LAKE AND SURROUNDING SUBURBS

If you’re free on a Monday morning and would love a chance to move your body, meet new mums, and chat about the highs and lows of motherhood, I’d love to chat with you 🤍

I’ve been thinking about starting something simple for a while now. Just a relaxed Monday morning walk at Forest Lake.

No pressure to come every week
No fitness expectations
No need to “have it together”

The idea would be a gentle walk followed by optional coffee and park/play time afterwards for anyone wanting to stay a little longer.

Babies, toddlers, prams and tired mums all welcome !!

Postpartum support doesn’t have to be clinical or structured, it can feel like this.

A warm meal.
A reset home.
Someone holding your baby so you can breathe, shower, rest.

Space to talk about how you’re really feeling.

This is what an afternoon session with me can look like 🤍

If you’re due in June or July (or want postpartum support planned ahead) I’ve opened a few spaces for in home support 🤍

This can include:
• postpartum recovery support
• feeding support (breast/bottle)
• newborn settling + sleep guidance
• emotional check ins + reassurance
• practical help around the home

I only take a small number of families each month so I can fully support each home I’m in.

If you’d like details or want to check if I have availability around your due date, send me a DM and I’ll get everything through to you 🤍
