Cooking isn’t your thing?
Here are some simple, nourishing bundles you can grab from your local shops to help make those early days a little easier.
Add some fresh fruit and veggies and offer to top up essentials like nappies, pads or their favourite coffee order — those small things can make a world of difference in the newborn season 🤍

• A postpartum doula – because support is one of the best investments you can make.

• A quality insulated water bottle + keep cup – you’ll use them EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

• A comfortable baby carrier – it doesn’t have to be fancy. A simple wrap works beautifully. Being able to comfort your baby while keeping your hands free is a game changer, especially if you have older children.

• A pelvic floor physio – caring for your body is never wasted money. Your future self will thank you.

• Breathable loungewear/ robe and quality linen – when you’re spending so much time at home and in bed you want to be comfortable.

• CURATED FOR MUMS •

Motherhood asks us to make hundreds of tiny decisions every single day. Consider this one less thing to think about! Heres a little collection of things I’ve genuinely been loving lately. Save this post for next time you need some inspo xx

• Something to Wear
An outfit that’s equal parts comfortable and put together ✔️✔️ a flowy shirt, easy drawstring pants and a fun pop of red with the shoes. Simple and effortless but perfect for running after little ones.

• Something to Eat
This coconut lime fish curry by Josie Tagge has officially earned a permanent spot in the meal rotation. It’s packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients, full of flavour and so easy to throw together.

• Something to Read
I’ve started The Surrogate Mother and it seems really good so far... although it’s been a slow read because I’ve been absolutely hooked on Love Island… I’ll let you know if it’s worth the read once I finally finish it!!

• Something for You
I’m giving you two this time 🥹
I had a slow morning this week with a coffee, a little chocolate, a face mask and some sunshine while the boys watched a movie. Such a simple way to recharge.

We also spent the weekend with my sisters and the boys’ cousins, and my cup is still so full. There’s something so special about watching your kids grow up alongside the people you love.

I’d love to know what’s something you’ve been loving lately?

A little DITL for Lull & Bloom 🌿

No clients today, so it’s been a full admin day.

Can we also talk about that mum panic? The second I get a tiny bit of uninterrupted time I suddenly feel like I need to do everything at once. Emails, washing, content, appointments, even trying to squeeze in a little me time… Why are we like this? 😅

Lachy and I celebrated our 30ths together this weekend with all our favourite people eating yummy food 🥂

As parents of two little ones, nights like this don’t happen very often. Between parenting logistics, bedtime routines and the mental load of organising it all it can feel easier to stay home.

But goodness it was worth it!!! A reminder that while parenthood changes so much, it’s important to nurture yourself, your friendships, and your relationship too.

If your baby is congested and struggling to breathe while feeding overnight, try heading into the bathroom and turning the shower on hot to steam up the room.

You don’t need to hop in the shower, just sit on the toilet lid or a chair and feed your baby in the steamy bathroom for a few minutes. The steam can help loosen some of that mucus and make feeding a little easier.

It’s one of those simple mum hacks that can make a long night feel a bit more manageable!!

* If your baby is having difficulty breathing, feeding poorly, or you’re worried about them, seek medical advice

• CURATED FOR MUMS •

A little collection of things I’m loving lately. From easy meal ideas and outfit inspiration to book or pod recs and small moments of self-care.

Because sometimes the mental load isn’t just doing all the things…it’s having to decide what those things are in the first place.

Save this post for the next time you need a little inspiration xx
