Alcohol and drugs do not remove pain.
They just temporarily disconnect you from it.
Psychologically, they silence what you do not want to feel.
Spiritually, they disconnect you from your higher self.
Energetically, they lower your vibration and can bring forward the very parts of yourself you have been trying to heal , anger, fear, resentment, impulsiveness and old wounds.
The soul does not need numbing.
It needs truth.
You cannot heal a wound you keep escaping from.
Sometimes growth is uncomfortable because your soul is asking you to stay conscious through what you once needed to run from.
Because what you numb will keep returning.
What you heal no longer needs to.

Today and everyday i will hold a little more space for those fighting battles in silence, and for the beautiful souls who became too tired to keep fighting.
Please check on your people.
And if you are the one struggling, my door and my heart are always open.
You never have to pretend with me. 🪶💛

Some souls carry a quiet kind of magic.
They do not seek to be admired, understood or applauded.
They simply live with kindness, humility and truth.
There is something sacred about a person who can remain soft without being weak, humble without shrinking, and authentic without needing the world’s approval.
That kind of beauty is not something you see with your eyes. It is something your soul recognises. 🤍🪶

For the month of September, I wanted to give a little something back. 🤍
Every beautiful soul who comes to sit with me for a reading will receive a spiritual gift from my shop — something chosen for protection.
And to those who are new to Warriors Vision, I look forward to welcoming you into my space and being a part of your journey.

With love,
Chiquita

A lesson I have learnt over the years.
You cannot always control what enters your life,
but you can choose what you allow to live within you.
I will not allow another person’s behaviour to turn me into someone I am not.

There comes a point on every healing journey where you realise the greatest miracle is not that someone finally came to save you—it is that your own soul led you back to yourself.
The child within us waits for years to be seen, protected, and loved.
As we heal, we become the safe place they never had. We stop searching for outside validation and begin giving ourselves the compassion, boundaries, and unconditional love we once depended on others to provide.
Perhaps that was the soul’s lesson all along—the child who once felt abandoned is finally held by the adult they became. That is profound healing. 💚
