The face behind Zenith Holistic Healing. Formerly Bella Reiki - The heart remains the same—just with room to embrace everything I love to offer. 🩷

I help people find moments of calm through meditation, Reiki, sound healing, breathwork and running classes in corporate workplaces, for Defence Veterans and within the community. Whether you’re looking to slow down, recharge, navigate life’s challenges or simply take a well-earned pause, my sessions are thoughtfully tailored to meet you where you are.

My hope is simple: that you leave feeling a little lighter, calmer and more connected than when you arrived.

I’m so happy to finally share Zenith Holistic Healing with you.

Bella Reiki has spread her wings, not to leave, but to evolve. The heart remains the same—just with room to embrace everything I love to offer.

Zenith Holistic Healing was quietly woven through connection, where creativity, encouragement, and friendship helped breathe it to life. There is also a gentle nod to my beautiful mum, Judith, within the name.

A heartfelt thank you to Ilan Schofield for allowing me to share this beautiful piece of music she wrote about my spirit. 🤍

Welcome to this new chapter. It’s going to be breathtakingly beautiful. ✨🫶 The new website should be live tomorrow and of course the Logo colours will change with the wind too x because why not 🩷🥰
