I am so grateful that business has been booming via word-of-mouth (as I’ve been quiet on the socials).

But, thought I would announce here that I’ll be going on maternity leave in about a month so get in touch via email/text if you’d like to see me before I bring a little sweetie pie earth side. 👶🏼💗💙

My new face goals when I see breakfast 😛😍

I had been doing intermittent fasting for quite a while…but have recently STOPPED ✋🚫 thanks to a super awesome human & Nutritionist named Lydia 👉🏼 .instinct

I continued this mostly because it gave a good excuse for not desiring breakfast and yes, there *is* lots of research on it that made me think it was right for me. (And, yes, it definitely can have it’s place)
But, I know know in my heart-of-hearts as a woman in my early 30s it is not helping me have a healthy metabolism.

My rather low appetite convinced me that I “must not be hungry” and I didn’t realise how much I was under-eating. Lydia gently made me aware of my strong food beliefs I didn’t realise I even had…

I will expand more on this another time but, just wanted to share that my openness to change and not allowing rigid beliefs hold me back from new possible ways of eating has really changed so much!

This past 7 days there has been a huge shift in stepping into my own ‘power’ & what that means to me. 🥰

I used to associate that word as exerting power over someone or something. It was something I didn’t 🚫 want to ‘have’.

But, now I see it as the complete opposite. As something I do have…within myself.
It’s not scary or dominating.
Just my own personal power, unique to me.
Ready to come out in different ways.
Power just like each one of you have reading this.

It’s also been a humbling week of shifting something else big….but, more on that another time 😉

I know I’ve been absent on here for a little bit.
But, being away from social media has allowed me to dream those little dreams and has now led me right where I’m meant to be. The tiny steps that have all led here came from just that 👆🏼 and I’m ready to step back into sharing.
Watch this space... ✨🙃

If you’re looking for me in the flesh I’ll be doing Kinesiology & Mind Body Medicine Sessions in my new treatment room 💕
Otherwise you can still find me in the online space
