How you think and feel about yourself, changes how you see the world and others. It also can determine what you allow into your heart ❤️

To Gift yourself a moment, a minute, to just simply be....no fixing, no putting pressure on yourself....one minute....to just simply be.

To Be simply....know you are enough. You do enough. The pressures of this world is exactly that....pressure. You already do so much. How about you now learn how to feel enough without doing more.

Everything we do requires energy. Lack of energy will leave our bodies feeling tired, overwhelmed and stressed.
Even thinking takes energy, how much time do you spend thinking and analysing, fearing and doubting?

Most of who we are is governed by the world we live in. But you ARE much more. You are Divine, You are Spirit, You are Logical, You are emotional, you are hard, you are soft....and yet we are all uniquely different, yet the same and connected.

You have thoughts, you have a body and you have feelings....
Take the time to fall back in love with yourself. When you have love within, your perception changes and so does how you treat others.
It's so important to fill your own cup up 💕✨

Non stop on the Go, thinking what you have to do next, making sure everyone is ok and have what they need......
Today, give back to you. Even if it's one thing. Let go of survival mode, give your mind, body and feels a moment to breathe and be 💕🌻 Sacred Conversations

Strong bodies and healthy minds go hand in hand.

Recovery, stress, sleep, mindset and your nervous system all play a role in how you move, perform and feel every day.

That’s why we’re so pleased to have Kirsty Rawlings from Sacred Conversations as part of the Fortify community, consulting from the therapy rooms at Fortify.

Kirsty works with the mind-body connection, helping people better understand their nervous system, reduce stress and restore balance. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a challenging time or simply looking to improve your overall wellbeing, her approach complements the work we do in the gym.

If you’ve been thinking about booking in, now might be the perfect time.
