🏆 Huge congratulations to Kiara on being awarded First Place in the Multiclass Club Championship at the Forster Aquatics Swim Club Presentation Night! 🏊‍♀️

Kiara’s commitment, determination and hard work continue to shine both in and out of the pool, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this achievement with her.

At the clinic, we’re privileged to support Kiara through Exercise Physiology, helping her work towards her goals, building and maintaining strength, endurance and confidence to continue participating in the activities she loves.

Since receiving this award, Kiara has continued to excel in the pool, competing at the State Special Olympics in Maroubra and achieving a number of fantastic results, including a personal best first-place finish in the 50m Freestyle. 🥇🙌

At Forster Tuncurry Rehabilitation, we are proud to be an ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiology clinic, delivering evidence-based exercise prescription to our community every single day.

❓ What many people may not realise is that Accredited Exercise Physiologists are the most highly qualified allied health professionals in exercise prescription for people living with chronic disease, complex medical conditions, injury, disability, pain and rehabilitation needs.

EXHALE 3.0 ✨ Is happening in Katie's Tuncurry Pilates Studio. We have held a couple of these events before and they are such a great way to give yoga and breath work a go in a safe supportive environment.

Join us on Sunday May 17th | 1pm - 3.30pm for a deeply nourishing 2.5 hour movement + breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and truly reset.

The first hour will be guided by our yoga-trained instructor Tracy, flowing through intentional movement to stretch the body, release built-up tension, and gently guide you back into your breath, grounding mind and body, and bringing you back to centre.

The second hour and a half will be held by Clayton, who holds a Master’s in Breathwork. You’ll be guided through a powerful breathwork session designed to regulate the nervous system, release stored stress, and create space — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Breathwork is a conscious breathing practice that helps shift the body out of fight-or-flight and into rest, clarity, and deep calm.
