Because guessing drains energy & knowing create direction

I'm going back to basic this month with a focus on market research.
I want to know all about my followers and potential followers so that I can create content that serves them fully.
I want to really understand YOUR needs, struggles, and desires so that the support i offer ticks all the boxes (or at least most of them)

Look out for my posts and stories with questions you can help me answer during April (what's left of it anyway) that will help me serve you better xx

thanks for sticking around.

PS. obviously my content will always have a health and wellbeing focus and is primary aimed at supporting women. If this doesn't sound like your vibe, then please feel free to unfollow me at any time

Sometimes it feels like you'll never achieve your goals but TRUTH is all it takes is
"one aligned action everyday"

I've been slowly building momentum behind the scenes so that April can be my month of 'ACTIVATION'

What that means is more presence for my business, for the things i really want to do, for working towards goals and the life i want to live. IT means taking one small achievable action every day!
It's enough to make a difference, it's the 1% that over a year becomes 37.78%*

If there's something in your life that you want to change then let April be your month of activation too. let me be your guide, your cheer squad, your support and let's walk together to make a better life.

like this post or Comment 'IN' if you are down for taking one aligned action every day and dont forget to share what your goal is so i can support you in achieving it 😁

How easy do you find it to get through your day?
Especially if you work full time or part time and are a mum too

It always surprises me when I hear that people live on coffee or energy drinks just to get through the day.

There are better ways!

At this crazy busy time of year when all other things seem to get lost in the Christmas frenzy don’t forget yourself. As mums we matter so take time to sip a warm soothing drink before bed, let yourself wind down from the day.
Camomile tea (no milk) is one good way to help your body and brain switch off so that you can get a good sleep to reenergise for tomorrow.

Day 7 - A quick 30 second energy reset you can use anywhere any time!

One drop of quality essential oil and their aromatherapy benefits to activate the limbic brain and get you back on track is all you need.

I’ve been using peppermint oil mostly but I decided to try doTERRA on-guard and I feel this worked better.

Why - it’s the combination of oils known for invigorating, cleaning and uplifting - wild orange, clove bud, cinnamon leaf, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus, rosemary

I learnt this technique from _vanessa_jean

A deep inhale, a moment of presence that makes a big difference to how you’ll feel!

Day 5 - 🤚 hands yo if this is you and how you treat that afternoon energy slump.
We’re all guilty of it even ME (I’m drinking coffee now at 2pm) but does it help? Maybe in the short term and I’ve founds it’s not too bad if you back it up with REAL energy giving food or exercise but on its own, it’s just sending your body into an even worse energy crash.

So your best bet is to reach for a glass of water or 2 first!
Most likely you’re dehydrated and this is why your brain is foggy and body tired. It needs un-caffeinated fluids and lots of them!

2.1 litres for Women
2.6 litres for Men

PER DAY of mostly water

Are you drinking enough?
Need tips on how to increase your intake dm ‘tips’ and I’ll share my strategies with you 💖

Day 4- it’s nuts it’s almost too late for say 4 oops.
But unless you’re allergic NUTS 🥜 should be your best energy friend.

They good for snacks, to accompaniment a meal, go in a smoothie. You name it they can do it!
Best nuts for your brain are:
Walnuts
Almonds
Pecans
Cashews
Hazelnuts and
Pistachios

Full of Omega-3, magnesium, vitamin e and B6, plus vital antioxidants to reduce inflammation and synthesise mood regulating neurotransmitters.

30g is considered one serve and all that is needed each day for all the good energy you need.

Day 3 - tip for maintaining energy is to think about your boundaries and how they are draining you!

Boundaries are an invisible line you draw or rules you have about almost everything in life.

They are often the difference between saying YES and NO

When our boundaries a loose or nonexistent we can feel extremely drained by life.

Boundaries can be flexible but need to be clear and keep your personal needs in mind.

Often it’s worse with our own family or if you’re a business owner with your clients/work.

It’s a good time of year to stop and check in and ask yourself am I taking on too much, where could I have said no or ask for help.

Are you feeling tired? Could it be your boundaries?
