About 5 years ago I discovered Healing Touch…. The Australian foundation of Healing Touch intere

st me greatly, this healing platform is now used in Hospitals, rehab facilities and hospice centres around the world. HT is an energy based approach to our health and well-being. It’s used to balance the energy centres in and around our body influencing the flow of energy in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self. HT encourages the flow of universal energy to promote
relaxation,
reduction in pain,
decreases anxiety tension and stress,
Preparing for medical procedures,
Help with wound healing,
Enhances spiritual health,
And supports transition at the end of ones life. Research in this area is continuing to collect data to build scientific evidence. This will lead to larger part of our society being more acceptable with the use of energy therapy being used alongside modern day medicine. HT is not a cure but more to encourage ones own healing. I have completed unit 1, 2, 3 & 4 in Healing Touch.
