I don’t do restriction for restriction’s sake.
I don’t believe in cutting entire food groups, counting every calorie, or making food feel like a punishment.
What I do believe in is finding out what your body actually needs, and building from there with real food, practical habits and a plan you can actually live with.

Generic health advice, is just that generic. Given for any age, regardless of gender, health or lifestyle.

What many women don’t realise is that something interesting happens around midlife that most generic health advice doesn't account for.

The body becomes more sensitive to things like meal timing, protein intake, stress load, sleep and blood sugar fluctuations.

Two women can eat almost identically and feel completely different. Different energy, hunger, digestion and have a different impact on their weight.

Hence why a one-size-fits-all generic plan often stops working over time, especially through perimenopause and beyond.

Your body isn’t failing, it’s just asking for something different!
