I will be participating in a 12-day silent Vipassana meditation retreat, a foundational Buddhist meditation practice, aimed at revitalizing my overall health and wellbeing, which requires immediate attention.

As I commence this journey, I am reminded of the timeless truth:

"Hatred does not cease by hatred, but only by love. This is the eternal law." — Buddha.
