🌞🪷Good morning Kind Souls 🫶
💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝
Every Morning when I rise I say
“ I love you “ out loud. I go about my morning rituals & my practices in which one day I will be Masterful. I bless myself with my own unique sound bath & meditate.
I pray for all things great & small family friends & all the souls in our world & give thanks with gratitude for all that I am, & all that I am becoming (so blessed).
I embark on the day ahead with adventure & anticipation for great things. I treat myself breakfast outside in the Morning sunshine.

I listen to my body & honour it & sleep in, when my body needs more rest. I usually tidy up the kitchen, I spend loads of time outside in my garden with a cuppa or two 😁 & my cat 2 birds & turtle. I lay around in my hammock with a good book. I dig around in the dirt grow my own veggies 🥒

This was absolutely unheard of when I was growing up.
For my own Child a rare treat usually on Sundays or holidays periods.

I am so incredibly blessed.
My house is filled with love 🥰 & laughter, as I often laugh at myself very loudly 😂 I also talk to myself (out loud) & yes answer too.
For those that visit it’s quite often very entertaining. I am soo pleased to have finally created a safe welcoming place For myself & others. It’s never too late to create the person “You want to be”.
Not just in your world for others in the world too.
Everything starts with You. 🫶
