Tucked away upstairs at 61 Murray Street, Gawler, is a little space that has been growing into something pretty special. 💜

The House of Soul Healing is so much more than somewhere you come for an appointment.

It is a space for connection, healing, learning, spirituality and community.

Because my vision for this space has become bigger than simply running a spiritual business.

Our very first Coffee & Connection today was everything I hoped it would be. 🥹

A huge THANK YOU to every single person who came along, brought a book, had a cuppa, shared a conversation and helped make our first gathering so special.

It was honestly so lovely meeting you all, watching conversations start, hearing the laughter and seeing people connecting with one another.

This is exactly why I wanted to create Coffee & Connection.

No agenda.

No expectations.

Just people coming together, meeting someone new and creating a little more community. 💜

And can we talk about our Soul Library?! 📚😂

We started with those rather empty little shelves...

And thanks to all of you...

And honestly… if you already know Luna Grace, then you KNOW. 😍
Their scents are absolutely to die for.

We’ll be bringing in a beautiful selection including:

But what makes this even more special is the woman behind the brand.

Luna Grace Candle Co was created by the beautiful Bek, a mumma just like so many of us, who began building and birthing her beautiful brand not long after having her son.

Every candle is handcrafted and soy based, with so much care going into what she creates. 🤍

Bek also creates memorial candles and special occasion candles, giving people the opportunity to have something meaningful and personal made for those important moments in life. 🕯️🕊️

There is something about this time of year that you can actually feel.

The mornings are changing.
The days are stretching out.
Flowers are beginning to appear.
There's more birdsong.
And after the quiet, inward energy of winter...
life is beginning to return. 🌱

This is the energy of Ostara — the Spring Equinox. 🌸

A time traditionally associated with...

🌿 New beginnings
⚖️ Balance
🌱 Growth
🌸 Fertility & creation
☀️ Returning light
✨ Planting intentions for what comes next

And you don't need to identify as Pagan or Wiccan to come and experience it.

You can simply be curious.

Our Ostara gathering is an opportunity to step away from everyday life for an afternoon and experience what it feels like to consciously mark the changing season.

We'll gather together.
We'll learn about Ostara and its place within the Wheel of the Year.
We'll explore its traditions and symbolism.
We'll create.
We'll work with intention and ritual.

And this time, we're going to quite literally...

🌱✨ PLANT THE SEEDS OF WHAT WE WANT TO GROW. ✨🌱

Each person will have their own Ostara pot to decorate and create.

Then we'll work with intention as we plant seeds into the earth, representing something you'd like to nurture and grow as we move into this new season.

And just like that… a vision becomes a reality. 💜
I have wanted to create a little Soul Library here at the House of Soul Healing — a space filled with books about spirituality, healing, personal growth, intuition, meditation, crystals, self-discovery and all those beautiful subjects that help us learn, grow and explore.

And today, it officially begins. 🌿📚

The shelves aren't full yet — and that's where you can help. If you have books at home that you feel ready to pass on, bring them along and add them to our Soul Library. Perhaps a book that once helped you is exactly the book someone else needs to find next. 💫

You’re welcome to bring a book, borrow a book, swap a book or simply have a browse whenever the House of Soul Healing is open and I’m here.
