As I feature little snippets of my newborn within the clinic I’d be lying to you pretending I’m always put together.

Some days are smooth sailing, others leave me with a flooded clinic and a missing bank card that’s on route to a client in South Australia 😅

I’m sharing this with you all as when you see something online it does not mean things are always running as amazing as it seems.

So if you’re in a season that feels a little chaotic to…..you’re not behind, you’re just in it 🤍

I’m proud of creating a business learning to show up, care for others, and still give yourself grace in the in-between, because behind every treatment, every post, every ‘put together’ moment… there’s a mum figuring it out too.

If you’re seeing this as a mother or business owner or both, remember - no matter how organised or put together you think you are there will always be a moment that reminds you, you’re human first. Your going to make mistakes and that’s okay 🤍
