We’re rallying around one of North Geelong’s true greats 💙

Geoff “Scratcher” Ryan began his sporting career at North Shore Football & Netball Club playing 124 games before moving to North Geelong and continuing his storied career.

A proud Life Member of North Geelong Cricket Club and North Geelong Football & Netball Club, Scratcher has given decades of dedication to our community - playing 208 games for NGFNC and an incredible 462 games for NGCC with his impact going far beyond the field.

In recognition of his contribution, the 4th XI Best Player Award is proudly named in his honour - a testament to the legacy he’s built and the respect he has earned.

Right now, Scratcher is facing his toughest challenge yet battling an autoimmune disease scleroderma.
On Sunday 19th April we’re coming together as a club and community to support Scratcher and his family during his health battle.
