Overwhelm is real, especially when you’re walking into somewhere new.

That’s why we ask before you arrive.

Our intake form helps us understand where you’re at, what you want to do, and what you like, from music to scent to how much you want to chat.

Then we build the session around you, so when you walk in, it feels like the experience you’ve been looking for.

Your first session should feel comfortable.
We make sure it does 🤎

We recently shared that what we offer in the studio is Adaptive Wellness. Here’s the why 🤎

So many of us know what it’s like to adapt to a session that doesn’t suit us.

⛔️The sound, the lighting, the smells.
⛔️Language that doesn’t resonate.
⛔️Exercises that don’t match what we’re actually working towards.
⛔️A pace that feels frantic when what we need is calm.

That’s not movement supporting you. That’s your nervous system working overtime 😩

So we flipped it. ✨
In our studio, the session adapts to you: your pace, your goals, your sensory comfort, your language. 🤎

If that’s what you’ve been looking for, message us to book a no-pressure first session. ✨

A little update from the studio 🤎

When I opened Glow Getter Co, I wanted to welcome everyone in, and an intro offer felt like the easiest way to do that. I’ve now retired it.

I’ve grown a lot since then. I’ve trained deeper and become so much clearer on who I’m here to support: people who want movement that meets them where they are.

That might be a calm, low-stimulation space where your nervous system can finally settle.

It might be careful, informed support while you’re recovering or rebuilding strength.

It might be an efficient, no-fluff session that fits into a full life.

Every session is private, unhurried and shaped around you, because you’re a person to me, not a booking.

If that sounds like what you’ve been looking for, I’d love to meet you. Message me to book a no-pressure first session. ✨

Thank you for being part of this journey 🙏🏻

We love sharing special moments with you all ❤️

Whether that is sharing your love of Pilates with your granddaughter,

a mum-and-daughter catch-up that involves a little less coffee and a lot more core,

or a friend who’s finally ready to try something new together...
..our studio is a private space made for exactly that. 🌿

No mirrors full of strangers.
No pressure to keep up.
No sensory overload.
Just calm, unhurried movement, shaped around you and the person beside you.

A private space to move, breathe, and share the moment ✨

Curious?
Message us to book a no-pressure first session. 💌

And we are the only studio offering this.

Adaptive Wellness.

Every session changes around the person, not the person around the session.

Nothing is fixed.

Nothing is one size fits all.

And what changes isn’t just the exercises.
It’s the environment.
The pace.
The cueing and language.
The sensory experience itself.

This is why our signature private sessions are popular with Neurodivergent individuals, busy professionals, Cancer patients & survivors, those that are currently rehabilitating or learning to live with a condition... those that standard studios were never built to support.

We’ve been too quiet about this.
And that stops now.

We want to celebrate what makes you unique, create an experience that feels good for you, and help you live a healthier life.

DM us to get started.

A little Wunda-ful update on our new piece of equipment.

For those asking, we are doing our own training on the Wunda chair currently, and will be bringing this into your sessions soon.

As always, we are open to your suggestions, so if anything doesn’t feel right, let’s chat 💁🏼‍♀️

We love exploring different ways to move with you to help reach your goals.

That’s why you’ll now find a new piece of equipment in our studio.

Meet the Wunda Chair ✨

The Wunda Chair is one of Joseph Pilates’ original inventions... small in size, big in what it can do.
Think deep core work, balance challenges, and building strength in ways the mat and reformer can’t quite reach.

We can’t wait to bring her into your sessions soon. 🪑✨

Move well. Think well. Live well.

Winning at Pilates doesn’t always look like a perfect rep or a new personal best. 🤎

Sometimes it looks like getting through the door on a hard day.

Sometimes it looks like moving gently when your body is asking you to slow down.

Sometimes it looks like being a complete beginner and doing it anyway.

Every single version counts here.
Because this space was built for your body, your pace and wherever you’re at right now... not some ideal version of what Insta says Pilates is supposed to look like.

That’s what bespoke actually means. 🤎 Link in bio.
