New client incoming. And this one has us really excited✨

Clonard College, we are so excited to be moving (Mat Pilates style) with you... and honestly we could not think of a better time in life to start building a relationship with your body and mindful movement.

This is what we love about what we do.
One day we’re in the studio working 1:1 with a private client. The next we’re at a retirement community, a workplace, a fundraiser, a school.

Every single environment different. Every single group with their own needs, their own energy, their own reasons for moving. 🤸

One month at Glow Getter Co. 🤎

New personal bests. Fundraisers. Workshops. Date nights. First sessions back. Last sessions before a big break. Preparing for birth. Preparing for surgery. Squeezing two sessions into a crazy week just because you needed it.

This is what a month looks like here... and no two stories are the same.

That’s the thing about this studio that we never take for granted.

Every single person who walks through that door has a reason they’re here. A goal. A challenge. Something they’re working through or working toward. And every single one of those reasons matters to us deeply.

We don’t just see bodies moving. We see the person preparing to bring a new life into the world. The person facing a big surgery with as much strength as they can build. The person who raised their hand for a fundraiser. The person who finally came back after a break and wasn’t sure if they could. The person who just needed to move and breathe and have one hour entirely to themselves.

And it’s not just what happens inside these four walls. This month we raised $1800 for Dry July through both Pilates and yoga fundraiser sessions, became a Community Champion for Run4Geelong again, and presented at the Geelong Small Business Festival. Because being part of this community means showing up for it — in every way we can. 🤎

That’s the privilege of what we do. And we never forget it. 🤎

Here’s to another month of showing up... for your bodies, your goals, and yourselves.
