We don’t talk about it enough, but prenatal clients are such a special part of what we do here at Glow Getter Co. 🤎

Keeping the body moving through pregnancy, easing those aches that come with a growing belly, and preparing physically for birth — it’s some of the most rewarding work we do.

Every session is completely private, completely bespoke, and adapted as your body changes week by week.

You’re in safe hands with a clinically trained instructor who understands what your body is going through.

And if you’re lucky, Tofu will make an appearance. 🐾 Apparently bump cuddles are her speciality.

Monday 5:30pm ⭐ (this one is rare, just saying)
Wednesday 2:30pm
Friday 11:30am
Saturday 10am
