We have 2 spaces available for tomorrow evening’s Meditation & Energy Healing class with Paula
Thursday 28th May | 7pm

These evenings are always such a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reconnect and receive.

Each class includes guided meditation, individual energy healing within the group setting, and herbal tea afterwards while Paula gently shares any insights or themes that may have come through during the healing.

No two classes are ever the same, with each session carrying a different intention and energy.

We are so excited to welcome another beautiful children’s book into our Studio Shop 🤍

Little Guides to Big Yogi Wisdom by local author and artist Melissa O'Toole

This thoughtful and beautifully illustrated book gently introduces children to mindfulness, movement, emotional awareness and the wisdom of yoga through storytelling, reflection and imagination.

What I really love about this book is the reminder woven throughout its pages that children are already enough,
that their feelings are safe, and that wisdom already exists within them.

Through nature, movement and meaningful conversations, this book invites children to slow down, connect and trust themselves a little more.

A beautiful resource for families, educators and anyone wanting to nurture emotional wellbeing and self-awareness in children.

Meet the Practitioner – Bedelia

Bedelia has been part of the Pure Wonder journey almost since the very beginning, and has played such a beautiful role in the growth of the space 🤍

She brings so much joy, warmth and lightness into the studio, and we absolutely love the energy and community she brings with her.

Through Sheoak Chinese Medicine, Bedelia supports individuals and families using a holistic approach that focuses on addressing the root cause of health concerns, rather than simply treating symptoms.

Her work integrates Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Cupping, Moxibustion and gentle paediatric techniques, including child-friendly non-needle treatments and Chinese medical massage.

Bedelia has a beautiful way of helping people feel truly seen and supported, taking the time to understand the bigger picture of their health and wellbeing in a way many people may not have experienced before.

Her sessions are grounding, nurturing and deeply supportive, with a focus on helping clients leave feeling relaxed, empowered and more connected to their body.

Beyond the work she offers, Bedelia’s presence in the studio is something really special. The care she brings, the laughter she shares, and the beautiful people she welcomes into the space have become such a valued part of the Pure Wonder community.

We feel so grateful to have her as part of Pure Wonder.
