✨ CoCo Support Services is expanding ✨
We’re looking for experienced female Support Workers to join our warm, person-centred team, supporting participants within a welcoming Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Aspendale, VIC.
We’re seeking Support Workers who are:
- Experienced in disability support and SIL environments
- Compassionate, reliable and committed to person-centred care
- Confident supporting participants with daily living needs
- Professional, respectful and passionate about meaningful outcomes
- Resilient, confident and able to maintain a calm, professional approach during challenging moments
- Comfortable working in an environment where participants may at times use strong language, swear or communicate quite directly, without taking this personally
- Able to maintain appropriate boundaries while continuing to provide respectful, person-centred support
- Comfortable working overnight shifts and able to provide active support during the night when required
Available across a variety of shifts
🌙 Please note: While not every overnight shift will require active support, there may be occasions where participants require assistance throughout the night. Applicants must be comfortable and prepared to respond when needed.
✨ Experience is essential for this position. We’re looking for workers with a thick skin, a good sense of humour and the ability to remain professional, understanding and supportive in all situations. ✨
