We also remember the dads who are no longer with us. Their love, memories, and lessons continue to live on in the hearts of those they left behind. 🕊️💙

We spend a arge part of our lives at work - enough to notice when someone’s a bit off. However jokes, banter, or comments like “What’s your problem today” can make someone feel singled out or misunderstood.

A simple, quiet “Hey, I’ve noticed you’re not quite yourself, I’m here if you want to talk”, goes much further.
