By starting a conversation and commenting on the changes you’ve noticed, you could help that family member, friend or workmate open up. If they say they are not OK, you can follow the conversation steps to show them they’re supported and help them find strategies to better manage the load. If they are OK, that person will know you’re someone who cares enough to ask - R U OK day.

Participate Laura has been working extremely hard on her lower leg strength with AEP Sophie. Laura recently hit a PB of 50kgs on the trap bar! 💪🏼

PAIN WEEK - 26-31st of July
Our new blog post is now available on the GRC website.
Chronic pain can significantly impact daily life, but staying active is one of the most effective ways to manage it. This blog explains how regular, tailored exercise helps reduce pain, improve strength, mobility, sleep, and confidence, and how an Accredited Exercise Physiologist can support you with a safe, evidence-based program to improve your quality of life.

Halfway through 2026 🤯

And just like that, we look towards the second half of 2026! For those who have been smashing their health and fitness goals- well done! And for those who have had a challenging first 6 months, our team at GRC are here to help. The winter months can be a challenging time to keep up exercise adherence, exercising with friends can be a great way to combat this on their colder days. We have a wide range of group classes at GRC, find out which would suit you today! 💙

At GRC, we appreciate balance 😜⚖️

Balance is more than just staying upright—it helps you move better, feel stronger, and reduce your risk of injury. 💪🏼🤸‍♀️

Balance training improves stability, coordination, and overall movement quality, helping you perform better both in the gym and in everyday life. Every step starts with a solid foundation. 💙

Men’s Health Week aims to raise awareness of the physical and mental health challenges faced by men. The week also aims to encourage open conversations around men’s general health and wellbeing. It highlights the importance of staying active, seeking support when needed, and prioritising both physical and mental health.

We would also like to recognise and thank the male members of our team for the valuable contribution they make to our workplace each day. Their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to supporting our clients and colleagues help create a positive and welcoming environment. We appreciate all that they do and acknowledge the important role they play within our GRC community. ⛹️‍♂️🚶‍♂️🏃🏿‍♂️🏊‍♂️🧗‍♂️
