Isaac is joining a powerful team of fundraisers and advocates in South Africa, all running to raise awareness and vital funds for brain cancer research. Every step he takes helps bring us closer to a future where no family loses a loved one to this devastating disease.

Brain cancer is one of the most underfunded and deadly cancers, but together, we can change that. With every donation and every beanie sold, we’re supporting world-class research and giving hope to those affected.

Our Centennial Woman!! 💯

Thanks to the for celebrating Holly - 100 years young.

Holly, a hilarious, witty woman; if you’re lucky enough to be in her presence she will have you giggling for hours.

She attributes her longevity to “Good eating, fresh air and sports.” A major contributor to Geelong Netball Association having been involved in the sport including mentoring umpires since the age of 14 (since 1938…WOW).

Supported by her Daughter Robyn, caring and dedicated Home at Heart carer Meg (Meg supports Holly 5 days a week) and Home at Heart Case Manager, Sarah.

Happy Birthday Holly…can’t wait to celebrate 101!! 🎂🎁🎉

Last night, we celebrated the holiday season with our amazing staff, and what a night it was! ❤️ Our team is the heart and soul of Home At Heart, and we couldn't be more grateful for their unwavery dedication and compassion.

Every day, they go above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of those we care for, and we are so proud to have such a passionate and hard-working group of individuals on our side.

Here's to celebrating them, not just at Christmas, but all year round! 🎅

Meet 94 yr old Merle!

Merle has been part of the same congregation for 73 years, whilst playing the organ for more than three decades. She’s also a magnificent baker of scones and sponge cakes. 🍰

Merle is just one of our extremely talented clients. Constantly learning from the elderly is such a privilege and we get to experience this daily! How lucky are we.
