Dolphins for everyone! 🐬✨ If you’ve ever wanted to get up close and personal with wild dolphins, Monkey Mia is an absolute must-visit—and it is incredibly accessible. They have beach matting running all the way down to the water’s edge, so you can roll right up to the action in your own chair, or you can borrow one of their specialized beach wheelchairs (just make sure to bring a helper along, as the park staff can’t assist with pushing or transfers). They host these amazing experiences three times every morning, starting at 7:45 AM and finishing up before noon. A quick insider tip: that 7:45 AM slot is always the busiest, so if you can hang around for the later sessions, the crowds thin out and you’ll get an uninterrupted, front-row view right at the water’s edge. There is nothing quite like the magic of being right there in the water as these beautiful creatures swim up to say hello. Add this one to the bucket list! 🌊💙

DOCUMENTARY TRAILER IS HERE
1,067 kilometres of red dirt, corrugated tracks, and pure grit.

This documentary trailer is a raw look at what it really takes to push the limits of universal access and take on one of the longest off-road cycling trails in the world. From the starting line in Mundaring to the final push into Albany, every single kilometre was a testament to community, determination, and breaking barriers.

Watch the trailer below to see a glimpse of the journey.

The adventure doesn't stop with the screen, either. You can now pre-order the companion memoir, Wheelchair Meets Wilderness, to get the full, behind-the-scenes story of the ride, the challenges, and the incredible support crew that made it happen.

1,067 kilometres of dirt, sweat, and absolute determination. Finishing the Munda Biddi Trail was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done—but today is about a completely different kind of journey.

Today is World MS Day. The theme this year is ‘My MS Diagnosis’, a milestone that instantly changes your world and forces you to navigate a completely unknown path. When you’re out on the trail, you can see the obstacles in front of you. But living with MS means navigating an unpredictable terrain every single day.

I took on the Munda Biddi to prove what’s possible, but also to fuel the real game-changer: life-changing medical research. We are raising $100,000 for the Menzies Institute for Medical Research to fund the early detection and treatments that will change the trajectory for thousands of people. Every single dollar brings us closer to a world free of MS.

The trail might be finished, but the mission isn’t. If you’re able to donate or share, the link is in my bio. Let’s change the future of MS, together.

18 years ago, I visited the Pinnacles with my friend Ange. She gave us a photo of it for our wedding, and it’s been on display in our house for the last 14 years. I’ve desperately wanted the boys to see it ever since. ✨
Getting to finally bring them here was so special. For a sandy environment, the accessibility is fantastic—with a 4km scenic drive and a smooth concrete path to walk or roll along.
While others ventured further into the dunes, I was more than happy to just sit back and take in the view. 💛

We are currently heading north on the west coast enjoying a few weeks of holiday after our big ride. Last night we went to check out the beach and found . It’s wonderfully accessible! Ramps out to the pier, accessible sections of playground and disabled toilets you can access with key!

It’s been almost two weeks since we finished our 26 day ride along the Munda Biddi, making me the first wheelchair user to complete the full trail.

The last two weeks have contained A LOT of writing, Wheelchair Meets Wilderness the book is coming (you can pre-order via the link in my bio). As well as a bunch of media interviews, which is amazing because the more people who hear this story the more money we can raise for MS research.

If you know anyone who’d like to share this story send them this post or tag them below.

You can check out most of the media interviews on my website.
