OMG I have a hag stone!!

I’m spring cleaning and decluttering- as you do in Spring… or in my case, before you go overseas! 🙄

I found a bag in my garage full of sand from one of the beaches around here. It’s been in there for years. Ruffling through to get the shells out - I found it. I was so excited. 😆

I haven’t told you about Bali for a whole month!

So much growth comes from my retreats in Bali. It’s quite difficult to put into words really.

Every woman comes for her own reason and those reasons are so varied. Each woman finds something different there - mostly something unexpected.

It’s a big thing - organising time off work, organising partners, kids, pets. Saving money for something that is just for you. Getting on a plane to meet up with women that you’ve potentially not met before.

When you arrive the powerful life force energy of Bali is palpable to most. The feeling of calm and peace wash over you soon after you arrive. The people are so lovely you instantly feel at ease… at home.

Wherever you are in your spiritual journey you will be held. It doesn’t matter if you have no idea who you are or if you are clear as crystal on what you want from life. The energy will support you. I will support you.

I wasn’t going to run a Bali retreat next year but the universe conspired and here I am running two of them. The first one SOLD out in 24 hours and the second one is now half full.

Due to movement I have 1 place left in the first retreat (May 31 - June 6) and 6 places in the second (June 12 - 18).

I must be clear though - this is a retreat. An opportunity to slow down, connect with yourself, connect with spirit and then connect with others. I guarantee you’ll come home a changed woman. Calmer, happier, grounded, more confident, more clear, with direction for the future, thirsty to live life more fully. And who knows - an addiction to Bali and maybe even a new friend or two. 😉

✨ I’m new-ish to crystals, why is this masterclass first? I don’t know enough.

I’ve designed the order of the masterclasses very specifically. You don’t need to have any knowledge before you do this one (or Master Crystals). Sacred geometry isn’t rocket science, neither are numbers, nor are crystal structures. You also don’t need to have a tonne of crystals to create powerful grids either.

When you get to the Practitioner training - the info from this masterclass is important. I want to guide you to be a most effective crystal healer. If you already know the sacred geometry, crystal structures and how to create a grid on the body - we can learn so much more in the practitioner training.

Last Day of Gratitude ✨

Thank you to everyone that has engaged with my posts this month. If you haven’t engaged my hope is that you will have written your own gratitude or said it aloud.

It really does make a difference when you write or speak your gratitude. The universe hears you loud and clear and will provide you with so much more.

As well as being so grateful that you’re here, I’m also so grateful for the sunshine 🌞 It just makes everything better, doesn’t it?

Sunday’s gratitude ✨

I missed yesterday - soz. I was grateful for many things yesterday, as usual. I’m grateful to have made it to Daylesford without damaging any tyre wheel rims!! I’m grateful for the beautiful women in my life 🩷

Today, I’m grateful that I’ve worked out my purpose. Lots of clients and retreat guests come to ask “I don’t know my purpose, can you help me figure it out?”

Most people confuse their role with purpose. There’s even systems out there to help you work this out - I’m saying these systems are wrong BUT I’ve come to learn that the two are different. We fit into different roles throughout our life, and we play different roles to different people in our lives.

Our purpose is the undercurrent or what encompasses everything we do. I didn’t make this up - it was taught to me by the medicine men (shamans) that I work with in Peru.

Here’s mine to make it clearer - my purpose is love and compassion. Learning to love myself and show myself compassion first. Then others. Then everything I do must come from a place of love and compassion for me to be in full alignment.

For years and years I struggled because I thought my purpose was to be a healer/medicine woman. I couldn’t juggle that in my corporate career and I was so conflicted. I could when I worked in community type settings but I couldn’t when I worked in cut throat male dominated environments.

It wasn’t for years after I left that I worked this out. I thought my purpose was to help people heal - I could do this unconsciously in some jobs but not others. The reality - I could freely give/demonstrate love and compassion in some jobs and in others I could not. When I couldn’t, I left those jobs abruptly in tears.

I am a healer/medicine women - that’s who I am and it’s a role I am fulfilling in this lifetime. However, I am not a healer to everyone in my life or that crosses my path. I can show love and compassion for everyone that crosses my path though.

Of course, it’s my purpose because I still have to practice it- and I don’t always get it right!

Today’s gratitude ✨

Today I am grateful that I set an intention about 10 years ago for myself. In my second ever water purification ceremony in Bali, I asked spirit to put impossible obstacles in my way for the things that I was not supposed to be doing and to have a clear path for the things that I was supposed to be doing.

Over these years, I’ve been fortunate enough to recognise the obstacles. In the early days I do remember coming across resistance and thinking that that was my obstacle.

Resistance is part of the game - it comes right before the big change, the big up level, the big breakthrough. People often confuse this resistance and give up. They give up right as it’s about to happen. At this point of resistance, the only around it - is through it. 

An example of an obstacle - I wanted to work with a woman who claimed she was a traditional curandero (Mexican healer/medicine woman). Each time she came to Australia I could not make the dates work. I couldn’t move things around. Each time she offered a program online, I couldn’t make it work either regardless of how hard I tried. This went on for about 3 years. At the end of 2024 - her last trip here, something went wrong. I don’t know what but the Australian women working with her completely abandoned their work in the space. I know one of them had a break down of sorts and has ended her work in the spiritual space altogether and she’s briefly spoken publicly about her mental health following an incident. The others have disappeared as well.

If you ask, spirit always has your back. And for that I am forever grateful 🙏🏼
