There is a code that lives in so many of us women, quietly, invisibly, passed down without a single word ever being spoken about it.
It says: shrink. Stay small. Let others speak for you. Let others do for you, decide for you, take up the space you were too afraid to take yourself.
When we shut ourselves down like this, when we swallow our truth instead of speaking it, when we hand our power to someone else and call it kindness, we are not just doing it to ourselves. We are modelling it. To our sons, yes — but especially to our daughters.
We are teaching them, without ever meaning to, that this is simply what women do. That we take the seat at the back. That we make ourselves smaller so others can feel bigger. That our voice is optional, but our silence is expected.
This is a very old code. It was implanted into us long before we had any say in it, woven into this 3D world so deeply that most of us never even questioned it — we just lived it, generation after generation, mother to daughter, without knowing there was ever another way.
But it is outdated now.
We are being called to move beyond it, not for anyone else, not even for our daughters, though they will feel the ripple of it either way. We are being called to move beyond it for ourselves.
We owe ourselves our own voice. We owe ourselves the seat at the front. We owe ourselves the truth we've been swallowing for far too long.
And it isn't only ourselves we owe this to. We owe it to this earth, to Gaia. Every time we shut ourselves down, we shut down our gift too , the call of our soul, the very thing we came here to bring. I can feel it. I know so many of you can feel it too.
This is the remembering. This is the work.
If you've seen this old code running in your mother line, or you can feel it in yourself, drop a 🤍 in the comments. Let's see how many of us are remembering together — and I'll send a transmission to everyone who does, to support you in releasing it.
