It is my dream and wish for every woman to know her soul, feel her soul light and let it lead. In my experience, it takes life to a whole new level, and it filters out into your family too.

Beautiful souls, I want to share something a little more personal today.

When I found my soul light, I didn't realise how much of my life I'd been living from my head. Always working out how it would all turn out, how I'd be seen, whether I was doing it right.

It didn't change overnight. It happened slowly, as more of me came online, little by little. The mind became softer and quieter. It still shouts sometimes, of course, but it doesn't run the show anymore.

I don't worry so much about how life will work out. And I can finally say, and really mean it, I'm doing this life my way, and it's led by my soul.

That's not something I could think my way into. It came from slowing down, listening, being in my body and being honest about what I was still carrying.

It has meant so much to me, and it's why I created Soul Light. It's not your average movement class, it's so much deeper. Each Wednesday we move, breathe, meditate, journal, soak in sound and energy healing and open to soul teachings, so you can start to feel and find your own.

Your soul light is already there. It doesn't need to be earned or created. It just needs a body that feels safe enough to let it in, and a little space to be found.

Beautiful souls, can I share something about the body and soul growth?

We talk a lot about clearing the mind, and that matters. But in my experience, your soul can only rise as far as your body feels safe to hold it.

If you've been doing the work for years and still feel like you can't quite get there, it may not be about doing more. It may be that your body is still waiting to feel safe before it lets more light in.

That doesn't mean anything is wrong with you. Your nervous system has simply learnt to protect you, and it needs to be shown that it's safe to open.

So that's where Soul Light begins. We move, we breathe, we soften. Then, when the body feels held, we can get honest about the stories we're still carrying and let them begin to clear.

Soul Light is a 10 week series, a weekly space to release, reconnect and receive. We begin Wednesday 21 October at The Portal in Geraldton, or online. The room is small, only 10 mats, so you're truly held.

What if you don’t need to heal more?

What if the next part of your journey is about something so much deeper?

Connecting with your soul, your soul family and the incredible wisdom you already carry within.

Learning to recognise and lovingly move through the old beliefs, patterns and stories that have shaped your life.

Understanding your nervous system and learning to work with it rather than constantly pushing against it.

And through this beautiful inner work, opening yourself to more of your soul light, your soul lineage and your connection to pure Source.

What if your soul already holds so much of the wisdom and answers you’ve spent years searching for?

Think about how long we’ve been looking outside ourselves for answers.

Another healer, another reading, another course, another person to tell us what we need to do next.

And yes, these can all be wonderful and supportive parts of our journey.

But at what point do we begin to trust ourselves?

I believe one of the greatest gifts a guide or mentor can offer is to help you reconnect with your own soul, your own light and your spiritual family.

To help you see yourself and the world through a different lens.

To recognise the patterns that have kept you small, move through them with love and begin trusting the wisdom that comes from within.

This doesn’t mean we stop growing, learning or receiving support.

Our journey continues to unfold, with new layers of awareness, connection and expansion.

But we no longer need to keep searching outside ourselves for someone to tell us who we are.

We begin to live from a deeper connection to our soul, our Source and the light we carry.

And beautiful soul, this is the work I absolutely love sharing with women. 🤍

Last day in spectacular Egypt 🇪🇬 and what a way to finish, with the Valley of the Kings!

I even got to see King Tutankhamun’s mummy and felt called to blow him a kiss 🥹 This young king has won my heart. Having two precious sons myself, I can only imagine the pressure placed upon him and then to leave this world so young 😢 I hope somehow he felt the love when I blew him that kiss 🤍

It’s unbelievable to think about what they have discovered beneath the ground here and how much is STILL waiting to be uncovered.

On the other side of the mountain is the Valley of the Queens 👸 My dream is to return one day and spend more time with these powerful women, paying tribute to their strength, wisdom and power.

I’m so grateful to have walked amongst this incredible ancient world and now I’m ready to head home to my family. To share the goddess and queen codes with Phoebe, talk about the kings with Sam and Dylan and remind them that we all have it within us. Deep down, we are so much more than we could ever imagine ✨

We finished our journey with the light and sound show at Karnak Temple and the energy was simply electrifying.

Goodbye beautiful Egypt 🇪🇬 There has never been a trip quite like this one. I send this ancient land and all its people, living and passed, so much love and gratitude 🤍

And a huge thank you to Michelle and Nic at Ivy Vibe Boutique | Geraldton who dressed me so beautifully for this trip. I’ve had so many lovely comments on my clothes while travelling. And my gorgeous sister at Kindred Spirit Boutique & Gift for my super comfy shoes that have walked MANY kilometres around Egypt with me 😂🫶
