🤗 Our official finalist certificate arrived 🤗
We did briefly consider documenting the occasion with the typical ‘chic team photo’.
Somewhere along the line, things appear to have deteriorated 😬
In all seriousness, though…
Being recognised as finalists across four categories

Means FAR more to us than having something lovely to frame.
It represents the work people don’t always see.
🤎The systems refined behind the scenes.
🤎The difficult conversations that make a team stronger.
🤎The investment in training, leadership and culture.
🤎The decisions to protect our standards, even when the easier option exists.
🤎The refusal to stop asking how we can make the experience better — for our clients, our team and the community we get to serve.
We’ve never wanted to build a business that simply looks successful.
We’ve wanted to build one with substance behind it.
One where exceptional client outcomes and experiences are woven into the decisions we make every day. Where our team feels supported and empowered to grow. Where culture is actively built, not left to chance. And where growth never comes at the expense of the values that got us here.
So yes, this little piece of paper means quite a lot to us 🙏🥰
Not because it tells us we’ve “made it” — we don’t think businesses ever really do.
But because every so often, it’s nice to have something that makes you stop, look back at what you’ve built together, and realise just how far you’ve come.
We’re really proud of this one.
(Even if the accompanying evidence suggests we should never be left unsupervised with good news.)
