Mental health doesn’t always look like a crisis.

Sometimes it looks like cancelling plans because everything feels too hard. Lying awake with a tired mind that won’t switch off. Getting through the day, but feeling like you’re running on empty.

World Mental Health Day is a reminder that you don’t have to wait until things become unbearable before asking for support.

Leena provides a calm, confidential space for NDIS participants and private clients to talk through whatever has been weighing on them. No referral is needed.

There’s something pretty special about being out on the water, feeling the breeze, enjoying the freedom and leaving the challenges of everyday life behind for a while. 🌊

Sailability at GYC is an inclusive and supportive sailing program for people with disability, giving participants the opportunity to experience sailing alongside our experienced and welcoming sailors.

Whether it’s your first time on the water or you’ve sailed before, Sailability is about having a go, building confidence, developing new skills and enjoying the freedom of sailing. ⛵

With a background in acute mental health, she brings a caring, person-centred approach, and we're looking forward to the support and experience she'll share with the people and families we work alongside in our community.

The roadsides are changing colour, weekend drives are getting a whole lot prettier and there’s always someone in the office who knows a good patch worth stopping for.

If you’re heading out to Mullewa, Coalseam or anywhere in between, take your time, stay on the tracks and leave the flowers where they are for the next person to enjoy.
