🏡 A Location Swap, Same Community Support! ❤️

We’re switching things up! Centacare’s Housing First Support Service and Men’s Hub teams will be swapping locations between 19–26 October.

Our teams are trading spaces, but one thing that won’t change is our commitment to supporting people in our community.

📍 Here’s where you’ll find us after the move:

🏠 Housing First Support Service
156 Durlacher Street, Geraldton

🤝 Men’s Hub
Crowley House, 84 Chapman Road, Geraldton

Thank you for your patience and understanding while our teams make the move and settle into their new spaces.

Same dedicated teams, same community support – just a change of address! ❤️
