A quick heads up.

We’ll be closed on Monday 8 June for the King’s Birthday public holiday.

If there’s something you’ve been meaning to get checked out before the long weekend, now’s a good time to book in.

Enjoy the extra day to recharge, get outdoors if you can, and keep moving in ways that feel good.

📢 A little update from our team!

To continue providing the best care for all of our patients, we've updated our cancellation policy. From 1st June 2026, we now require at least 12 hours notice for any cancellations. If you do not arrive for your appointment or cancel with less than 12 hours notice, a 100% fee will apply.
We completely understand that things don't always go to plan, and that's okay! All we ask is that you communicate with us. Whether something comes up last minute or your schedule changes, just reach out and we will always do our best to work with you and reschedule to find a time that suits you. 🧡
To make things even easier, you'll now receive an SMS reminder 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment, so you've got plenty of notice to get in touch if you need to make a change.

Everyone wants faster recovery, better performance or long lasting results… but most people forget the one thing that actually makes it happen.

It’s not intensity. It’s consistency.

Whether you’re rebuilding after an injury, improving your movement or chasing a performance goal, steady, progressive work is what teaches your body and nervous system to adapt. One great session won’t change much. A hundred steady ones will.

So whatever you’re working toward, strength, recovery, confidence or conditioning, remember that showing up is the most powerful part of the process. Consistency is the kind of therapy you control.
