How can we best support our kids through the challenges of growing up — while looking after ourselves, too?

Join us at Emerge Health & Wellness Hub for a special evening with local counsellor Tome Murrone, exploring some of the challenges children and families face today, including anxiety, school refusal and emotional overwhelm.

We’ll look at the important role the family unit plays, practical ways to support children through difficult times, and how to be there for them without taking on all their stress ourselves.

Come along for an evening of valuable insights, fresh perspectives and practical strategies to take away.

A beginner exercise we prescribe in clinic nearly every day. Low back is often a result of poor glute activation which can lead to a loss of low back stability and control, often resulting in muscle tightness and pain.
