☀️ Sunning your mushrooms increases their vitamin D content 🍄‍🟫

Popping them on a tray and out in the sun for 15-30 minutes during the middle of the day increases their Vitamin D content. They can be stored back in the fridge for up to a week and will retain the vitamin D.

Taking movement breaks outdoors, especially if you are working inside and on a computer most of the day is one way you can easily improve your cognition and focus.

Many birds, one stone for a whole host of benefits! And it’s free!!

Healing can start with sharing your story. Being able to share the things that have shaped you and impacted you can be transformative when you have someone who listens without judgement.
