🚨Appointment Reminder Update

From 1 September, families will receive a single SMS reminder 3 days before their scheduled appointment, replacing our previous reminders sent 5 days and 1 day prior.

This change helps reduce duplicate messages while still providing plenty of notice to manage appointments and make any necessary changes within the required cancellation timeframes.

For those who do not get our newsletter I wanted to share a bit about what is happening at Collective Growth.

The past few months have brought plenty of change to Collective Growth, including welcoming new team members, farewelling others as they pursue new opportunities, supporting student placements, and continuing to adapt to changes across the NDIS sector.

We're excited to welcome Calvin to the team and currently have Charlotte completing a placement with us. We're also pleased to be gradually reopening our Harbourside location and continuing to expand our popular group programs.

Like many allied health providers, we're experiencing increased demand for services and are actively recruiting to help support our growing community. While this may mean some extended wait times, please know we are working hard to improve access and continue delivering quality services.

Thank you for your patience, trust, and support as we continue growing and improving. We're proud to support the Gladstone community and look forward to what lies ahead.
