Today I had the privilege of holding The Reset : a Strong Communites Womens Wellness session in my studio space.
It was a gentle and nourishing morning dedicated to slowing down, resetting the nervous system, and reconnecting with ourselves. Together, we explored mindful movement, breathing practices, creativity, reflection, and simple yet powerful tools that can be taken home and woven into everyday life.
There was space to pause, listen deeply, and sit with what each woman is needing to release, embrace, or move towards as she steps into the next chapter of her journey.
The morning was also complemented by carefully curated herbal tea blends and delicious homemade food, creating a warm and nurturing environment for rest, connection, and renewal.
Watching women give themselves permission to slow down, breathe, and simply be is always such a beautiful reminder that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause.
