We’re looking for an RN, EN or Student Nurse who is kind, capable, reliable and proactive. Someone who enjoys being part of a small team but is also confident working independently within their scope.

You don’t need to know how to do everything when you arrive – we’re happy to teach the right person. 🌿

Vitality Solutions is a small medical practice offering general practice, personalised and integrative medicine, women’s health, immunisations, skin cancer procedures, IV infusions, PRP treatments, chronic disease management and more.

Depending on your experience and scope, your role may include:

🩸 Venepuncture, venesection & cannulation
💧 IV infusions, injections & immunisations
🩺 ECGs, spirometry & observations
🩹 Wound care & minor procedures
📋 Chronic disease management & care planning
💬 Patient education, recalls & follow-up
🧼 Sterilisation, clinical documentation & stock management

**Previous general practice experience is welcome but not essential.**

You might be an experienced RN ready for a change from hospital or shift work, an EN wanting a broader clinical role, or a Student Nurse looking to build excellent practical skills and potentially grow into a career with us after graduation.

🕗 Usual clinic hours: Mon–Thurs, 8am–5:30pm
💰 Salary based on qualifications & experience under the Nurses Award.

Just a little heads-up to our lovely patients that Vitality Solutions will be closed from Monday 21st September to Thursday 24th September 2026, reopening Monday 28th September 2026.

Please make sure you have enough of your regular medications and supplements to see you through the closure, and contact us ahead of time if you need to arrange any appointments or prescriptions.
If you require medical assistance while we are closed, please attend the Gladstone Hospital Emergency Department or contact 13HEALTH on 13 43 25 84 for advice from a qualified health professional.

Well done to everyone who organised, spoke at and attended today’s rally in Sydney calling for biological reality and the s*x-based rights of women and girls to be restored in Australian law. It was wonderful to see so many Women's Forum supporters 💜🤍💚

And thank you NSW Police for keeping us safe.

The recent death threats and attacks against Sall Grover and Kirralie Smith by trans rights activists are abhorrent. And the silence from our political leaders has been shameful.

Yet women asking for legal protections on the basis of s*x are the ones painted as radicals and dragged through courts and tribunals.

There is nothing radical about saying:

✅ Women and girls need female-only spaces, services, and sport.

✅ Women and girls deserve safety, privacy, fairness and dignity.

✅ Men can’t be women, human beings can’t change s*x, no child is born in the wrong body.

And our concerns are not theoretical. In Australia, men claiming to be women have already r***d women in prisons, injured and stolen places and awards from female athletes, intruded on countless female-only spaces and services, and continue to legally and otherwise harass women who dare to say NO.

The law can be fixed. The question is whether our political leaders are willing to put truth, common sense and the rights, safety and dignity of women and girls ahead of ideology.

🎉 A huge milestone... and one I'm incredibly proud to share.

After months of writing, recording, editing, refining and navigating the accreditation process, ADHD Unmasked is now fully accredited by both the RACGP and ACRRM.

When Australian GPs were given the ability to diagnose and prescribe for adult ADHD, it marked a significant shift in general practice. But with that came the need for practical, evidence-based education designed specifically for the consulting room.

That's why I created ADHD Unmasked.

The course covers structured assessment, DSM-5-TR, differentials and comorbidities, neurobiology, prescribing within the Australian regulatory framework, women's ADHD across the reproductive lifespan, and the nutritional and metabolic factors that can influence treatment response.

I'm also thrilled that it has been approved for Mental Health CPD, with 6 hours of RACGP CPD across all three activity types:
• Educational Activities – 5.0 hours
• Reviewing Performance – 0.5 hours
• Measuring Outcomes – 0.5 hours

This has been one of the biggest professional projects I've ever undertaken, and seeing it recognised by both Colleges is something I'm genuinely proud of.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported me, reviewed content, challenged my thinking, and encouraged me throughout the journey.

This is only the beginning. There's much more to come.
