What a deeply nourishing vocation, taking me to Praiwan rafthouse in Thailand for 10 days of immersive bodywork/ somatic education held in the magic of ancient ecosystem that is the Khao Sok National Park. Thank you to -trainings.com for gathering such an experienced teaching team and putting so much care into creating such an inspiring experience. Loving being back at work and noticing what has changed in how I practice. The people I get to meet, through what I do, is ever engaging 🥰

Thoroughly enjoyed attending the ATMS Symposium on Lipoedema last weekend. Becomes even more pertinent having particular clients in mind. And running into Coby Du Preez who taught me lymphatic drainage massage 15 years ago was swell 🥰 (pardon the pun).
