🚌 NEW COMMUNITY ACCESS BUS PILOT PROGRAM 🚌

Life Choices Support Services is pleased to launch our new Community Access Bus Pilot Program, providing convenient door-to-door transport for eligible older people living in Deepwater.

Starting Thursday 11 June 2026, the weekly service will provide return transport between Deepwater and Glen Innes, making it easier to attend appointments, complete shopping, access services, and stay connected with the community.

Please note: A My Aged Care referral is required to access this service.

This pilot program aims to improve community connection and access to essential services for older residents in our region.

Life Choices – Support Services (LC-SS) will be closed to the public on Wednesday 15 April due to a scheduled power outage.

🏡 In-home services will continue without interruption, and our team will remain available to support participants as usual.
