As we approach our third year of service, we want to take a moment to reflect on how far we have come. While keeping in touch with everyone through Facebook is important to us, our priority has always been keeping our clients happy, active, supported and, most importantly, in control of their own lives. Providing quality services has meant that, at times, something had to give and unfortunately, that has been our social media presence.
Over the past three years, we have experienced many changes. We said goodbye to Cindy as she moved on to bigger and better opportunities, and we wish her every success in the future. We have also seen clients move on to other services that offered different opportunities, and we wish them all the very best for the future. At the same time, we have welcomed new clients and had the privilege of watching some of our original clients achieve incredible milestones, including employment, creativity and greater independence.
We have also been fortunate to welcome new staff, including Sherralyn Hill, who will join our team in November when her and her family relocate to Glen Innes. Our volunteers have also played an incredibly important role in our success. Their time, dedication, kindness and willingness to support our clients and community are truly valued, and we could not do what we do without them.
We would like to thank our clients, families, friends, staff, volunteers and the wider community for your continued support. We look forward to the future and remain committed to providing a service that our family, friends, clients and community can be proud to be a part of. Thank you for growing with us and supporting us on this journey! ❤️
